THIS IS AN ENDURANCE EVENT FOR ABLE-BODIED PERSONS OF MODERATE FITNESS AND ABOVE, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE ATTEMPTING.
WHEN: SATURDAY, MAY 28, 2016
DISTANCE: 7 miles
DIFFICULTY: Level 3 (moderate) ** easy cheesy**
HIKE COST: $1,500.00 (About US $13)
MEETING POINT: Stony Hill @ Tastee Patty Shop.
PARKING: Stony Hill Police Station
LUNCH PLAN: Carry own lunch or order from vegetarian chef PlantFood Addy, Delivery charges will not apply as you will be hiking past his location : Plant Food By Addy
For this event, we will cover an approximately 7 miles circuit from the Stony Hill Square to the Hermitage Dam and Bowden Hill Waterfall and from Bowden Hill to Stony Hill.
HIKING IN JAMAICA DETAILS & CONDITIONS
On the morning of the event, we will meet at the Stony Hill Square,St.Andrew at 7:30 am for registration.
The actual hike will begin at approximately 8:00am and is estimated to be 5 to 6 hours.
The deadline for payment will be on THURSDAY MAY 26,2016. Please confirm your attendance by making payment to the Victoria Mutual Building Society (VMBS) account of Jamaica Hiking and Heritage Tours; ACC# 25731753.
